Co-Managed Helpdesk
RWA Medical offers Taskfire, a software package by Autotask, to provide
our clients with a powerful hosted service desk and ticket management
system. Taskfire gives our client’s internal IT team a fully-integrated
platform for accepting, triaging, assigning, and resolving service
issues, and gives their staff a simple, Web-interface for submitting
those issues and tracking their progress. The integration doesn’t
stop for those inside your medical/dental practice: Taskfire also integrates
with RWA Medical to provide seamless communication and information exchange
for problem resolution.
That's why Taskfire is called the world's first Co-Managed Service
Desk. Taskfire helps our clients get the most out of their internal
IT staff and allows them to work more efficiently and productively
with RWA Medical.

RWA Medical does not provide online backup services but we do have a
