NEW FACILITY PROJECTS

Is your healthcare practice expanding, are you moving to a new location, or are you opening an additional office?

RWA Medical’s experienced staff has the skills and knowledge to understand the complexities and details required to successfully complete a new facility project, from an expansion retrofit, to a new location shell build-out, to the ground-up build for a new office.

Our goal is to handle your move with the least possible disruption, allowing your practice to stay focused on patient care and business operations. Our Project Management staff outlines each step of incorporating information technology into the new facility build process and utilizes relationships with our technology partners to get the best deals on software and hardware that fits your needs.

Using our knowledge and experience, we have developed a process that addresses the three major phases of a facility project: 1) Analysis, 2) Facility Build and Technology Design, and 3) New Facility Move In.

The Analysis Phase is the most important step of making your new facility project a success. Specifically, we conduct virtual walk-throughs with you, the architect, and interior designer to ensure that all aspects of your practice line up with the technology you need, taking into consideration:

  • Electrical, data, phone, HVAC, and video analysis
  • Patient flow and workflow planning
  • Furniture and physical layout
  • Server room requirements
  • Security and emergency planning
